Make Your Passion Your Profession

What is your passion and why is it a passion of yours?

Something that I’ve always like to do is act. Ever since I was younger I loved to act. When I was in middle school I used to have an acting class that I enjoyed.

How can you make this passion your profession?

I’ve always wished to become an actress. It is a dream of mine. In order to do that I could probably take some acting classes and see where that takes me.

What education is required?

There is no specific education needed, I believe. I think an acting class is help enough. Although if you also want to have an education you can also do so. Although I do think it is a bit challenging.

What skills, talents, and attitudes are required?

If you are interested to work in the acting career, I personally think you need to have a loud, strong voice, movement, and having good sense of time probably also comes in handy. If you are able to take instructions and criticism well I believe that is also a great and useful tool in acting. A talent can be helpful in acting although it’s mostly if you can be able to perform in plays, movies, etc. and if you have experience. I think you should always have a positive attitude, especially because sometimes other people can be in a bad mood and if you are in a bad mood as well it makes thing more complicated. But if you are in a positive attitude you can makes someone day ten times better.

               

Reflection: I am willing to do anything and everything to become an actress. If I have to stay up all night and memorize lines I will. If I have to stay up and write a play on my own, I will. I am willing to do anything to accomplish my goal!
