Intelligence plus Character

“Intelligence is not enough. Intelligence plus character, that is the goal of true education.” This quote was said by the one and only Dr.Martin Luther King Jr. I agree with this statement. I agree with this statement because you won’t succeed in life with only one of these. If you have intelligence you will therefore need character as well. For example, let’s say that you are one of the smartest persons in the classroom, but you act like a fool all of the time. You have intelligence but lack of character. Or for instance, if you are the most well behaved person ever but you don’t read, pay attention, listen, etc. you’re still missing something.You’re still missing your intelligence. Intelligence and character is the goal of true education.
