Student Success Statement

“ I am not bound to win, but I am bound to be true. I must stand with anybody that stands right, and stand with him while he is right, and part with him when he goes wrong. “ This was once stated by one of our former presidents, Abraham Lincoln. I think Abraham Lincoln is trying to explain that he isn’t trying to be the first place person al the time, he just wants to do what is right and he tends to stick by the person who wants to do right. Abraham Lincoln makes a very good point. For instance, if you are in a team and you see someone cheat but no one says anything because they want to win, but you’re the only one who steps up and tells the truth, then you get rewarded in some way, you should’t do it for a prize. It should all be done because it is the right thing to do. It should be done because you will always choose the right. I personally agree with Lincoln.
