“Right is right only when entire.” Victor Hugo said this. I think he is trying to inform us that when you don’t tell the entire truth it is still considered lying. Telling partial of the story is lying. For instance, lets say you tell your parents you're going to your friends house to play video games, but after that you go out with your friends and smoke. Then when you get back home your parents ask you, what did you do? You respond we just played video games. That is considered lying because you didn’t explain the other half of what you did. You chose the wrong. I agree with Victor Hugo and his quote.
